  • TAKE NOTE IF APPLICABLE, A problem we have is meat coming in under a different name from the name on this ticksheet. PLEASE MAKE SURE this is organised, So we can allocate the correct ticksheet name to the correct carcass without having to make multiple phoncalls. IE Your name above, and below, from "Green Acres Farm" etc

  • NOTE If you are giving sheep to multiple people/employees with different requests, forward the form on for them to fill out, or fill out multiple forms yourself.

    Loin Chops free-flowed into boxes, Roasts wrapped. Prices for extra work, all noted below. PLEASE NOTE We will endeavor to cut everything you asked for but if you choose too many options for the amount of meat/sheep supplied, the butcher will just cut the most suitable options. If this is confusing please call to talk about options. If you choose to get a cut marinated but don't choose a flavour, it will be done in oriental mint by default. Please check you sheet before submitting and check you email of the ticksheet to make sure you have t right.

  • SMALLGOODS

    $20 per sheep to bone out ready for processing, If you are getting fresh cuts from a sheep and smallgoods, you need at least 5 kg of meat need for 1 batch of smallgoods, you need to use a cut ie a forequarter or a leg to have enough meat to make smallgoods. You cant choose sausage etc and not allow and meat for them.

    Savs come in two different casing options. Original Pig Casings dyed red.(Tougher, hand tied more expensive old style casings) or Red Collagen Casings (Tender  and more uniform shape & a lighter red colour) 

  • Please note, the average sheep yields around 14-21kg of meat usable for smallgoods, we require 5 kg to put a mix through our machinery. If you choose way more options than this allows, I will just make the most convenient options for me until I run out of meat.

  • PLEASE NOTE FOR BIG FATTY SHEEP

    Sheep- Oversize/fat sheep charge . We will be charging $10 ea for sheep that are huge and/or overfat. Trimming chops on a large mutton can almost double the processing time, as well as the extra time for packaging and materials.

    We run a tight ship please help us to be efficient by submitting form the day your animals are killed . All sheep ready for pickup in 7 to 10 days from delivery to the butchery. Invoices supplied with full breakdown of prices. Full payment on pickup, no exceptions. Credit, and eftpos accepted. Direct credit to 12-3434-0018121-01 please use your name in reference.
