Additional wall structure support/bracing may be required to mount LCD panels and Projectors onto existing walls to ensure the integrity of the installation and safety of end users. If required, such works will be treated as a variation.
Work areas (WHS): Once work commences within a room, the area is defined and zoned as a Construction site. No one shall enter the room until a Customer Sign-off (Acceptance) has been signed by the end Customer. This is to ensure safe working conditions for everyone.
Wall types: Projectors and LCD Panels must be securely fixed to the building structure and be installed in a location that does not obstruct use. Please note, vibrations from airconditioners can cause projected images to shake.
Cancellations/ Delays: Cancellations within 48 hours of installation will be charged a cancellation fee. Any delays on-site due to safety reasons, changes to scope, locating of equipment or as directed by the customer will be charged on a time and materials basis.
Please ensure products are in the room ready to install prior to technicians arriving on site. Additional fees apply if technicians are required to move product into rooms.
Testing will be completed on technician laptops unless end users provide a laptop with passcode access.
End users must make themselves available for basic operational training at the time the installation is completed.
