TERMS OF ENROLMENT
Enrolments Enrolments are taken over the telephone on (03) 96997487, online using this form or via email - firstname.lastname@example.org
Payments Payment for course and textbooks must be made prior to the commencement of your course.
Class Size Classes vary from 4 to 10 students, with an average of 6 students per class. For 5 or more students, the course is completed in 10 lessons. If we have 4 students, the course is completed in 8 lessons. The tuition fee remains unchanged.
Texts Texts are to be paid for in advance along with your tuition fees. Texts are then available for collection at your first lesson, or earlier by appointment.
Refunds A refund, less 10% processing fee, will be given if students apply for refund at least two working days prior to commencement of course, after which time, fees are not refundable. Texts cannot be refunded once they have been collected.
Late Payments All payments are due prior to the commencement of your course. Late payments will incur a $15 processing fee.
Credits Credit can be arranged for those who are forced to withdraw from classes through extreme circumstances in the first two weeks of term only. A Credit Note will be issued for the balance of term. Please note that credit enrolments are subject to there being vacancies in a class at the commencement of the course.
Missed classes These can be made up by attending other classes at the same or similar level during the term at any of the Centres, free of charge. This is subject to availability of places so please book through Administration. It is advisable to call, as we can then tell you about the newest options on the timetable.
Registration at first lesson Students are asked to register ten minutes prior to their first lesson. All enrolment forms need to be handed in at this time, if not earlier. Receipts are issued in class during the second lesson.
