TRADE ACCOUNT HOLDERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Upon approval a fully refundable $1,000 AUD advance to be forwarded to Scenic World, to be debited against the applicant’s groups as they come through.

If the applicant deviates from the Standard Trade Account Holders Terms and Conditions below Scenic World will revoke the applicant’s Trade Account. At the end of the probationary period Scenic World reserves the right to revoke an applicant’s trade account based on the regularity and quantity of business provided.

Standard Trade Account Holders Terms and Conditions
- Invoices are issued bi-monthly at full rack rate.
- Any discounts only apply to invoices paid within 14 days of issue, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties.
- There is no discount on Child One Way Rates (4-13 years of age)
- If payment is not made by the due date on the invoice, credit is immediately suspended and no further vouchers will be accepted.
- Standard Ticket Conditions apply as do Scenic World’s Conditions of Sale and FOC Policy.
- Katoomba Scenic Railway P/L and Associated Companies reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time by giving notice in writing to the customer.
I/We the above named Directors/Proprietors acknowledge receipt of Katoomba Scenic Railway Pty Ltd’s Terms and Conditions and hereby agree to those Terms and Conditions of sale and payment terms of 14 days. I/We also agree to be jointly and severally liable, by way of Personal Guarantee, to Katoomba Scenic Railway Pty Ltd for the due payment for all goods and services Katoomba Scenic Railway Pty Ltd, may from time to time supply to us and for all debts whatsoever and wheresoever by our company in respect of good and services supplied to it. This agreement shall be a continuing Guarantee and shall not be determined either by the death of the Guarantor or by the liquidation of the customer.
