This form should be completed by employees and volunteers who seek resolution of a dispute, grievance or complaint as defined in Orange Sky's Dispute Resolution Policy or any other issue which falls outside of Orange Sky's Equal Employment Opportunity & Anti Discrimination (EEO & AD) Policy.
The dispute resolution process applies to issues that arise in the course of work you do with Orange Sky, and other issues you wish to address. We encourage all employees and volunteers to try to resolve the issue directly, but will ensure that disputes tabled through this process will be treated seriously and handled in a careful and confidential manner.
Please contact your Team Leader, Manager or Contact Officer if you require assistance with this process. All employees and volunteers are entitled to access free, confidential support from qualified professionals through Orange Sky's VESP program. Please note that Orange Sky has a separate Incident Report Form for issues related to the vans such as near misses, property damage, workplace health & safety incidents etc.
