    Thank you for your interest in our courses!

  • Please read the information below carefully before completing the form:

    • Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a place on the course.
    • You will only be contacted if a space becomes available.
    • First to book through your NZSIA profile after being notified will secure the place.


    IMPORTANT:

    1. You must have an NZSIA profile to be added to the waitlist.

    • Existing members: Ensure your membership is current.
    • New members: Register to create a profile (you do not need to pay until your place is confirmed).


    2. If you have qualifications from another alliance and want to join courses above Level 1, please send your qualification certificate and details for approval to bookings@nzsia.org before completing this form.


    3. Course location: Please select whether you are waitlisting for New Zealand or Northern Hemisphere courses.

    • We operate waitlists slightly differently between seasons due to availability, so it’s important we know which region your waitlist request applies to.

    • New Zealand Waitlist - select this for all New Zealand courses 

    • Please fill in your details below so we can add you to the correct course waitlist. If there is a number of courses you want to waitlist for - please fill in a form for each course. Please only put dates that you actually can attend and give the courses that are on our Dates and prices page.

    • WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:

      We will be in touch as soon as we have news on course availability. If you have a plan B that may also work, it is great to secure a place on that exam and let us know that you have booked it. If a place becomes available we can easily switch you over.

    • Northern Hemisphere Waitlist - select this for all Overseas courses 

    • Northern Hemisphere has very limited availability - so we will operate this differently from the New Zealand waitlist.

      Limited availability for Northern Hemisphere: If a course has space and you can attend, please book directly through your profile and do not fill in this form. We will not be moving people around once booked if new dates become available - so please only book courses you intend to join.

      Full - waitlist: This means that the course is fully booked. Fill in this form and if a space opens, all people on the waitlist for this resort and date range will be contacted. Allocation will be based on first to book once contacted. Bookings will be via your profile - we will not be individually assigning places.

      Email list: If you are no longer available to attend this course, or you have secured a place already - please contact bookings@nzsia.org to request to be removed from the waitlist so we stop contacting you with opportunities.

      Refunds & transfers: Reminder - once within the last month, Northern Hemisphere bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable - we strongly recommend having travel insurance to cover unexpected events.
