What is the address of your usual residence?
Please provide the physical address (street number and name not post office box) where you usually reside rather than any temporary address at which you reside for training, work or other purposes before returning to your home.
If you are from a rural area use the address from your state or territory’s ‘rural property addressing’ or ‘numbering’ system as your residential street address.
Building/property name is the official place name or common usage name for an address site, including the name of a building, Aboriginal community, homestead, building complex, agricultural property, park or unbounded address site.
If you are requiring an amendment to your existing enrolment, the following request form should be lodged as soon as practicable. A member of the team will review your request and a confirmation of a status change will be provided to you if approved.
Deferral does not extend your enrolment duration and can only be approved for a maximum of 12 months.
Enrolled students who do not recommence subsidised training within a 12 month period of deferral must be reported as discontinuing subsidised training. A student who wishes to recommence training after discontinuing an approved qualification must be treated as a new student.
An extension may be offered in extenuating circumstances. If you are seeking an extension, please complete the following details in order for your request to be considered.
