Eventing South Australia Rider Representative Form

  • Thank you for agreeing to be a Rider Representative
This is a key role that provides an important link for riders to the TD and event Organising Committee. For many younger and inexperienced riders, approaching officials can be pretty overwhelming, so they may avoid asking questions. Your support and advice really helps to get them through the event.
Your responsibilities as a Rider Rep include providing this report to the event organisers and officials

It is important you complete the form as soon as possible after the event and submit on-line. If you answer 'no' or inadequate/not satisfacory to any question, please provide further details in the comments section so the OC can try and address the issue.
    (Please note scale for most questions : * = Not Available/Not Applicable, ** = Inadequate/Not satisfactory, *** Adequate/Satisfactory,  **** = Good,   ***** = Very Good)
The form is submitted to the ESA Eventing Coordinator where it will be shared with the TD, event organising committee and Eventing SA sub-committee to help improve the quality of our events. You will receive a copy of your responses via e mail (which will also include a pdf copy of the form for your records)
