Please find complete your Site Membership registration forms for the year 1 July through to 30 June annually.
Site License membership is open to all Learn to Swim programmes and will also register your swim school for SWIMSAFER;
Please ensure all compulsory sections are completed and confirm Police Vetting has been carried out. SCTNZ is aware that Police clearence is required prior to employment and asks that all police vetting is no more than 3 years old. SCTNZ will provide a membership card for each staff member showing Police clearance where requested.
If it has not carried out please ensure the member complete the Police Vetting form and send through to the Executive Officer exec@sctnz.com The Police Vetting form can be found on the SCTNZ website under HERE under the 'Site' icon.
Site Membership Registration: (all costs include GST)
Changes have been made to the Site Membership categories.
6 & Under Teachers $100 per quarter
7 & Over, includes multi-sites (Unlimited numbers) $150 per quarter
All Site Members will be General member of SCTA and access to resources and courses.
You may submit your staff list in a word, xcel or staff list.
Payment:
Upon receipt of your Site membership form you will will receive an invoice. Online banking payment should include the 'Site name' and 'Site Registration number and invoice as the reference.
