If one of your outputs has been classified as ineligible, you can use this form to lodge an appeal. Please refer to the guidelines for the relevant evidence/information required to process your appeal.

Once lodged, your appeal will be reviewed and actioned by the verification team. We aim to complete reviews within 5 -10 working days, though in some cases the appeal may need to be referred for expert review within your discipline area. For this reason, please allow up to 4 weeks for an outcome to be provided. We will provide you with regular updates throughout the process and may come back to you for additional clarification where required.
