When you submit this form, we will allocate a stand location and send you an
invoice for the site fee along with further information about the event, access
for setting up your stand, and options for payment.
What: A 1-day festival showcasing brewers, cheese-makers and fermented good makers and celebrating the start of Oktoberfest and NZ Cheese Month
Time: 11am till 5pm
Where: SKYCITY Hamilton, Central City
Cost: $150 - $450 per site, depending on size (see info sheet below, please note: prices are still to be confirmed*).
We will supply The venue, security, event liquor license, music, advertising and media releases, event banners, posters, invitations to food writers and one free car park per exhibitor stand. The venue is attractive and central, with several eateries in-house and an ATM nearby.
You supply Table or bench, tablecloths and decorative items, your banner, info brochures, special offer sheets, products, EFTPOS machine, and cash float, bags, disposable tasting glasses or utensils, rubbish bin, napkins, etc (i.e. everything you would use at a market or show).
What about selling products?
Cheesemakers may offer tastings and sell “take-home” portions of their products during the Fest, either pre-cut or cut to order on the day.
Licensing restrictions for selling beer are still to be confirmed. We are hoping to have the same license as last year which will allow brewers to sell onsite. Tastings of 30ml or less will be allowed.
SKYCITY Hamilton will purchase from the first 4 brewers to register, 1 keg of a featured beer which will be available on tap in The Local Taphouse for punters to purchase by the glass during the Fest, and afterward. This will be on a first in first served basis.
