(1) In your notes below write what each word means to you. (2) Now take a deep breath, close your eyes and give yourself permission to feel each word as a pure aspect of who you are. (3) Ask yourself, how does my first word represent a challenge to me in my life? How does my second word represent an opportunity to me, my third word a theme, and how does the 4th word lift me and show me an even greater opportunity?
Now inwardly say your four words as affirmations saying (I am) in front of each of your 4 Healing words. Repeat several times. Throughout your day reflect and affirm the four words you received often for one full week.
