Details about the Award:
The Pride of Workmanship is an approved Rotary project instigated in 1975.
The Pride of Workmanship Program enables community members to help employees achieve the goals and publicly recognise them for their efforts.
The Pride of Workmanship award embodies the theme of "Do it once - do it well". It is built for employees worthy of recognition, not only within the organisation but the wider community. Nominees of the Pride of Workmanship Program are presented with an award in recognition of their accomplishments and proceed to the Pride of Workmanship Annual Award.
Nominees can be put forward by any member of the community. Nominees show the following qualities. Fairness, Equality, Honesty, Loyalty.
Winners are decided by the Rotary Club of Cowra and are announced every 2 months. The Annual Winner is announced at the changeover dinner in June.
