VOLUNTEER ROLES - Please select the role/s you are interested in
The Building Manager role requires you to manage the FOH team and assist destination represetatives. You will be required to attend a site visit with the destination representative prior to the event and complete a Building Managment Plan. We will provide training for this role six weeks prior to the event.
The Front of House (FOH) role requires you to greet visitors, manage the queue, count visitors, hand out event guides and surveys and collect donations. We will provide a training presentation for this role four weeks prior to the event.
The HQ Support role requires you to be based at Open House Perth Headquarters (HQ) to assist fellow volunteers and deliver event guides, survey forms and water to volunteers as required. You must have your drivers license and your own vehicle for this role. We will reimburse your petrol costs. We will provide a training presentation for this role four weeks prior to the event.
The Photographer role requires you to photograph destinations during the event for Open House Perth. You may be required prior to the event to take photographs of specific destinations and special mini events for social media and website content. Training is not required for this role.
