Gymsports Management does not refund for a change of mind or cancellations after the direct debit is processed. No refund is given for classes missed prior to the date the cancellation is made, we encourage customers to attend the classes they have paid for as we do not refund for these lessons.
NEW MEMBER 1st MONTH MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
This is offered as a courtesy to our new members. Gymsports Management are not obligated by law to give any refund in this situation; however we offer a full money back guarantee, including the registration fee, to new members if you decide to cancel within their first month (31 days from the first class). New members being defined as; people who have not participated in our programs before.
We are not obliged by law to give any refund in this situation. A medical certificate is to be attached to the Refund Form. A credit will only be given (for the classes not attended) if the participant has missed 3 weeks of classes or more. Any less than this, the customer may book courtesy make-up classes (if available). The Annual Registration Fee cannot be refunded in this instance.
Refunds or exchanges are offered on merchandise as long as they remain in original packaging, unworn or merchandise which was damaged at the time of purchase.
FEE DISCOUNTS AND CONCESSIONS
Gymsports Management offer a 30 per cent concession to our customers holding a health care card upon the provision of the concession card number. Concession discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount. Concession discounts apply if the customer has proof of concession upon registration and booking for the child or for the direct care giver of that child; a photocopy of the card can be emailed to email@example.com. Refunds and back-dated adjustments for the concession discount will not be given if the customer did not show proof of concession upon booking into the class. It is the customer’s responsibility to request the concession discount upon booking.
Learn to Gym enrolments can be cancelled at any time. Cancelations are the responsibility of the parent. To ensure you are not charged, bookings must be cancelled a minimum of 3 days prior to the direct debit and direct debits will cease immediately. Member Portal>Student>Current Enrolment>Drop date. There will be no refunds for cancellations not submitted prior to the direct debit.
