Starkick is a Junior AFL based Football program that runs weekly at the Coolbinia Bombers JFC. The program caters for a group of approximately 30 children with varying disabilities including but not limited to, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Vision Impairment, ADHD and a range of other physical or neurological conditions.
No experience is necessary to volunteer and we are seeking a team of 10 to 15 committed volunteers who can attend regularly as participants will develop bonds with members of the volunteer group.
Each week 5 to 10 Volunteers will be required and a range of duties are available. The program runs weekly from Sunday the 2nd of May starting at approx 8.30am till 10.15am and continues over 14 weekends till late August.
Sessions run at Coolbinia #1 Oval, 126 Bradford Street Coolbinia, with occasional special event weeks held across Perth Metro.
Volunteers will assist a group of Special needs children in playing a variety of games and activities, based around AFL Auskick football.
