Congratulations on your selection in the ACC Swim Team for the upcoming Victorian School Associations Competition (VSAC). Please complete the details below to accept your invitation and confirm your place in the 2026 ACC representative team. Please complete this form by FRIDAY 1st MAY.
Key points to note:
- Age groups are 12-13, 14-15 and 16 and Over;
- Some events are Open age with all athletes eligible;
- Swimmer's age is taken as at 6th May 2024
- Maximum of 5 events for each competitor (including relays)

Each competitor will be provided with an ACC swim cap and a long sleeve ACC Swim Team t-shirt. Please indicate below your preferred t-shirt size.
