About this form

This form is to request measurement and verification (M&V) for a proposed energy saving upgrade at a commercial or industrial site.

To help you understand site energy use, potential energy savings, and eligibility for government incentives, we need information on the upgrade and energy using equipment for your site.

We will treat this and all your data in the strictest confidence in accordance with the Privacy Act and our Privacy Policy.

Before you start you'll need the following information:

1. Address, building type and commercial purpose of the site of the proposed upgrade
2. electronic copies of recent site electricity (and gas if applicable) bills
3. an understanding of the major equipment/ processes that drive site energy use
4. an understanding of typical site operating hours and annual business cycles
5. For industrial/agricultural sites – csv data on daily production levels for the main processes
6. Name, role and contact details of an authorised customer representative to provide site data

Nice to have if available is:

• For retail/hospitality sites – csv data on daily customer patronage levels
• extract of last 12 to 24 months of energy use from local BMS/sub metering in csv format
• single line diagram(s) of the electricity circuit and metering configuration for the site

What happens next?

After you press submit, we'll send you an energy data consent form to be signed by the authorised representative you've nominated.

When you've returned that, we'll request the energy data from your utility (this typically takes 2 weeks).

We'll then get back to you to confirm the feasibly of subsidies and M&V for this upgrade, give you an estimate of savings and rebates you could expect, and a quote and fees for our services.
