Milestone 1 - Pre-production requirements (pipeline)
- Sign off on all required content, functionality and, images etc
- Gather all information required for production
- Provide client with reverse brief, scope of work and quote
- Quote accepted moves job to 'In Progress' folder in Roll
Milestone 2 - Production (active)
- Development towards draft one using the placeholder website link
- First link sent - update Roll to with client on proof
- Feedback received, Link draft 2 - update Roll to active
- Second draft sent and feedback received
Milestone 3 - Close out towards final draft/tidy files (active)
- Placeholder website link will be sent to the client
- Launch the website to the actual server
- Delete the placeholder link from the Ariki server
- If job scope changes, send a request for changes and inform account manager
Milestone 4 - Job complete/Post-Production (completed)
- Manager to sign off the actual website and invoice generated
- Post project followup / future planning engagement with the client
- Internal postproduction feedback (what worked well, what can we adjust for future projects of this nature etc)
- Client collaboration feedback
- Improvements (if any for next time etc?)
