Delivery Slots are:
- 10am - 1pm (3 hours)
- 2pm - 5pm (3 hours)
- 3pm - 8am the following morning (overnight)
We don't deliver on weekends but we can deliver on Friday afternoon and collect Monday morning.

Would you like help to load the box?*

Yes - I'd like to book 1 loader - $150 for the first box, $120 for additional boxes (there must be another person available on-site, who is physically able to assist)No I'm happy to load the box myself.
Loading service conditions:
- Includes moving furniture, white goods and boxes into the storage unit.
- Everything must be ready to load and located within 20 meters of the storage box before we arrive.
- This service does not include packing your belongings into packing bags or boxes.
- We allow up to 2 hours per box. Any time over will be charged at a rate of $100/30 mins.
- Please notify us of any of the following circumstances as this will affect the quote or our ability to deliver:
  
  More than 5 stairs leading to the premises;
  
  Uneven ground or steep incline/decline
  
  a distance greater than 20 meters between the vehicle parking space and premises.
- If the property access is deemed to be dangerous or not as described we may cancel the loading service and you will be charged a cancellation fee.
