It is necessary for you to complete a Funding Request form to convey, in as much detail as possible, what you will be spending this money on. If you are applying for funding for events, please do one form for each different event. There are further explanations in the Funding Request template (available at link above).
Please note that, as explained in the Photography Booking form, clubs now pay for photographers directly. Clubs can book a Guild photographer or source their own photographer. You can therefore request funding for photography - please be sure to specify on your form.
