Market Regulations:
The market regulations apply to all stall holders whom have been approved by us. All stall holders are required to read and understand these regulations along with completing an application form.
Hours of operation:
Market will run from 7am - 12 noon. Set up is 6am , we are not allowed to enter any earlier then this and pack down need to be done by 12.30 . If you need more time please notify me and ill see if i can get these times changed with owners of the land .
Stalls:
Each stall holder will be allocated an area of 3,5m X 3,5m.
You will be given your stall number on the day.
Stall holders are to supply their own stall set up including tables and gazebos.
The stall holder must keep all trade activity within the boundary of their stall, including all signs and equipment throughout the duration of the market.
All stalls must be clearly named and items to have displayed prices.
Stall holders must ensure that all tarps, shelters, marquees, display boards are adequately secure.
Stall holders must keep public areas including pedestrian ways clear at all times.
Equipment:
We will not supply any equipment and we do not have any equipment for hire.
Power is not available. As a stall holder you are required to supply your own equipment such as trestle tables , gazebo etc. You are also responsible for your own equipment and responsible to secure your equipment.
Vehicles & trolleys:
No vehicles are permitted into the market during the hours of market operation – please park where directed on the day. We will make it possible for youto drive your car up to your site and " drop and dump" your set and. There is no time for you to set up while your car is parked near your stall site. This is stricly a 'drop and dump" stop.
Trolleys can be used and brought in to the market.
Weather:
The market will operated in all weather unless deemed unsafe by us. It is solely at the stall holders discretion as to the weather the stall holder will commence, continue or cease trading on the day.
It is responsibility of the stall holder to bring equipment to protect their stall during all It is the stall holders responsibilities to ensure that all equipment is erected securely and operated in a safe manner.

If market get canceled you will be refunded of your site fee. If you decided not to show on the day your site fee will not be refunded. YOUR SITE FEE WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED IF WE CANCEL THE MARKET / FAIR.
We take no responsibilities if items or equipment is damaged.
Waste:
Stall holders are required to remove and take with them all litter, rubbish, garbage and waste.
Bins provided on the day is for public use only.
Approved products:
Approved products may only be offered for sale
If a stall holder would like to change their products a new application form must be submitted prior to the market.
We may cancel an application if the items fail to meet criteria.
Stall holders are not permitted to sell alcohol, cigarettes, offensive illegal, prohibited counterfeit items which infringe a copyright or registered trademark or unauthorized goods.
Application:
An application form along with the market regulation must be read, understood and completed in order to apply for a stall.
All food stalls are to provide a food license permit through the gold coast city council and label all food items according the Queensland health guidelines.
A stall will not be allocated unless an application for has been received
We have the right to refuse and reject application which will be emailed to the stall holder
Insurance:
We can supply you with Pulic Liability Insurance for the day if you have asked us to do so and paid the extra $15.
We do not provide Product liability insurance to stall holders.
It is highly recommended that stall holders have in place a current and up to date product liability insurance.
We hold no responsibilities for any of the products brought in to the premises, sold / given to customers or products taken off the premises.
Please provide a copy of this insurance cover along with your application form.
