6. Submission Checklist

I am available to attend the opening night, opening night party and any other meetings or events as requested and agreed

I have provided detailed installation instructions, as necessary. These may include; dimensions, weight, materials, fixings, fragility specifics, electrical requirements and any other factors deemed integral to the installation of the Work/s

I will be responsible for suitably packing, delivering and collecting the Work/s from Australian Design Centre

I have included all details pertaining to the Work/s to be exhibited including; title, date, materials, dimensions, product statement, process statement, high res images and short biography

I am the owner of all copyright associated with the Work/s or have obtained all necessary permissions for use within my Work/s

If my Work/s is selected for inclusion in the exhibition as part of WORKSHOPPED19 at the Australian Design Centre in Sydney, I will contribute $275 ($250 + GST) towards exhibition production costs

I understand that images supplied of my Work/s will be used for marketing purposes or marketing collateral related to WORKSHOPPED19.
