    All new school aged students Year2 and above must begin at Level 1. For students returning from 2018, please enrol into the level advised by your teacher.

  • Is your child an existing student or new to our programmes and beginning at the start or part-way through 2019?
  • Is your child going to be absent for MORE than FOUR (4) Consecutive Weeks during one school term due to e.g. an overseas trip? A 50% discount will be applied to that term at our discretion.*

    By enrolling, I understand and accept the following terms and conditions of enrolment.
  • Discounts
    Discounts only apply to full term enrolments (not partial terms) that are paid in full by the due date. Sibling discounts are only available for enrolments made for the same term. There is a 10% discount on school term fees (not photocopying fees) for the second & subsequent child/sibling.

    Requested School Donation
    $25 per child per school year. This donation contributes to the charity's overheads and helps to keep it operating. A donation tax receipt is provided for all donations. Your donations can be made via the Givealittle page: https://givealittle.co.nz/org/nihaocc


    Late or Non-payment of school year invoices
    If you are in arrears and no special arrangement has been made with the office beforehand, the debt will be referred to a debt collector and you will bear all debt collection costs.

    Withdrawals & Refunds
    To withdraw from the school year and programme entirely, a parent must give at least 4 weeks advance notice in writing via email to enable us to offer the space to another student and adjust accounts. Term fees during the 4 week notice period are non-refundable. This is because the teachers would have already been contracted and committed to the time involved.


    Classes
    Classes are held as per the schedule published on our website. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your enrolment due to e.g. class size limits or lack of numbers. In the event of a cancellation by us prior to the term classes beginning, we will give you a refund for all classes you have paid for.

    Student Behaviour & Care of Venues
    We ask that children are considerate and respectable of their classmates and the teacher. Children and parents will be held responsible for their children’s behaviour in class venues and liable for any damage caused. Please let the children know to take care with the venues and furniture / decor as we are guests there and have previously had complaints from venues about the lack of care.

    Class Substitutions & Cancellations
    We reserve the right to cancel classes and/or to provide a suitable relief teacher.

    Absences & Missed Classes
    Please inform the office or teacher of absences. No classes will be refunded for illness or non-attendance. Make up lessons at other classes during the week may be arranged via the office if available, but make up availability is subject to class size limits.

    Medical/Health
    Please disclose your child’s health conditions and allergies during the enrolment process. Children must bring their medication to class e.g. asthma inhalers. If a non-accompanied child requires urgent medical attention, we will arrange this at the expense of the child’s parent/caregiver.
