    Once the Event Sanctioning Application has been submitted to Gymnastics South Australia you will receive an email confirming sanction approval or requesting more information.

  • Conditionings of Agreement:

    To be authorised to hold a Gymnastics South Australia Sanctioned Event, clubs must meet the following criteria:

    • Affiliated Member Club of Gymnastics South Australia
    • Suitable Venue and Staffing – this suitability will be determined by the GSA office and/ SMC.
    • Suitable Equipment - this suitability will be determined by the SMC and/or the GSA office.
    • Utilise an effective result system for competitions and ensure MIN. 2 computers are used to enter scores [all entries are crossed check]. All results will be forwarded in Excel or pdf Format.
    • All paperwork required is to be returned to GSA office within a timely matter prior to and following the event.
    • Any equipment or resources borrowed from the GSA office be returned in its original condition.
