This is the application form for Griffin Hall membership in 2019. Please note that any new membership applications will be processed for the beginning of semester 2. If you complete this membership application, the University will collect some personal information from you in this form. We will use the information you provide to manage the member services we provide, and to contact you from time to time about Griffin Hall activities and related matters. If you do not consent to this use of your personal information, we may not be able to provide you with some of the benefits of membership, such as access to Griffin Hall services or events.
It will take up a week for your membership to be processed. Once it has been, the University will provide your name, u-number, membership status and any information you provide about your interests in this form, to student leaders in the Griffin Hall Members’ Association (GHMA) Committee, Griffin Hall Community Assistants (CAs), Griffin Hall Academic Mentors (AMs) and Griffin Hall Inward Bound (IB) Coaches. This enables these student leaders to verify your current membership and entitlement to participate in Griffin Hall and Interhall events, and to update you about events and activities you might like to participate in.
