TERMS OF ENROLMENT

Payments Payment for course and textbooks must be made prior to the commencement of your course.
Class Size Classes vary from 4 to 8 students, with an average of 6 students per class. For more than 4 students, the course is completed in 9 lessons. *If we have 4 students, the course is completed in 8 lessons There will only be an assistant if there are more than 4 children. The tuition fee remains unchanged.
Refunds A refund, less 10% processing fee, will be given if students apply for refund at least two working days prior to commencement of course, after which time, fees are not refundable. Texts cannot be refunded once they have been collected.
Late Payments All payments are due prior to the commencement of your course. Late payments will incur a $15 processing fee.
Credits Credit can be arranged for those who are forced to withdraw from classes through extreme circumstances in the first two weeks of term only. A Credit Note will be issued for the balance of term. Please note that credit enrolments are subject to there being vacancies in a class at the commencement of the course.
Missed classes Unfortunately we cannot offer make-up classes or a discount for any classes missed.
Registration at first lesson Students are asked to register ten minutes prior to their first lesson. All enrolment forms need to be handed in at this time, if not earlier. Receipts are issued in class during the second lesson.
