Need a print out, replacement or reprint of your Certificate, Statement of Attainment (SOA) or record of results? Please complete the short form below and a replacement / reprint will be organised and where required mailed out to you within the next 10 business days. The cost for a hard copy print is $50 for certificates, statements of attainment and record of results and can be made via an online payment in this form via our secure payment gateway.

If you have recently completed or withdrawn from a course and paid your fees, your initial digital Certificate (full completion) or Statement of Attainment (partial completion) is provided free of charge.

Keep in mind certificates can not be issued until results have been finalised and processed (please allow 4 weeks from submission of your final assessment). In the rare occasion, if you have yet to receive your first certificate within this time period, please feel free to reach out to your trainer.
