Abuse of Service
If you try to Activated Multiple PROMOTIONAL SIMCARD with 1 IMEI number where another PROMOTIONAL SIMCARD was used before, the Service will be cancelled.
If you have not bought a DATA ONLY plan and you use the SIMCARD in a DATA ONLY DEVICE, Your service will be cancelled.
At the current time Hotspots are working with Caps, Throttled, Limits, If abused Nextelle can suspend the account.
If you are a heavy gamer or heavy user then Nextelle Mobile sim plans are not recommended. Service will be suspended for any misuse.
Nextelle will suspend the account for abuse, if you misuse the simcard other then within the fair use policy.
