Interstate Travel Application Form

1. This form is to be completed by NNSWF member clubs when teams are travelling outside of NNSWF Boundaries.

2. This form must be completed a minimum of 10 business days prior to travel.

3. All participants must be registered with or in the case of pre-season fixtures intending to register with their respective clubs for the current season.

4. An Interstate Travel Sanction will only be approved for participation in approved Member Clubs of State Governing Bodies.

5. NNSWF cannot provide sanction for travel unless all requirements are met, including sanctioning of the match/tournament by host clubs State Governing Body.
