Twelve (12) award categories will be judged
Judges will assess each nomination and select a winner for the category based on written responses to judging criteria (exceptions being the two Dining Awards, Young Achiever and Industry Amabassador Awards - which will involve further assessment*).
Award winners will be announced at the Tasmanian Seafood Industry Awards Dinner on Saturday 6 July 2019 at the Hobart Function and Conference Centre, Hobart
Information and entries provided to the organisers may be used for promotional purposes
You and/or your business can be nominated by anyone with an interest in the Tasmanian seafood industry.
Judging of the twelve (12) Award categories will be managed by an Awards Judging Panel.
Awards Judging Panel
For each award category, the Awards Judging Panel will comprise at least one representative of the Award Category Sponsor, a TSIC staff / Board representative and an expert representative with knowledge of the Award category, the exceptions being the two Dining Awards.
*Note: Restaurant and Fish and Chip nominees will also be assessed by a site visit by the Judging Panel. Young Achiever and Industry Ambassador Awards may also be judged via referee checks.
The Fish and Chip Peoples Choice Award will be determined by FRDC campaign at www.fishandchipsawards.com.au
