Australia’s largest Lantern Parade celebration and the popular Lucky Dumpling Market return to Adelaide in 2019! The Festival runs from Thursday 17 October to Sunday 3 November 2019 with the Moon Lantern Parade occurring on Saturday 19 October 2019.
We are excited to announce that the redevelopment project between the Adelaide Festival Centre and Elder Park is now complete. This will will see the return of performance stages to Elder Park for the Moon Lantern Parade and will provide added viewing areas for members of the public.
The Convention Centre Lawn (beside the Riverbank Footbridge) will again play host to the popular Lucky Dumpling Market. It will transport patrons to the streets of Asia; a playground of free performances, great music from across the region and a feast of food to tantalise the tastebuds.
