    Cost: $1,200.00 (includes camping, yards, lunch + dinner)

    Daily Program: 8.00am - 4.30pm
    Mark will work each person's horse for just overan hour, each day for 3 days. Limited to 6 horses. Mark will explain how and why as he works.

    Then the training continues for the remaining 3 days with each person getting an hour session with Mark as he helps them to continue the training.

    Watching 5 other horses get trained will be valuable viewing also.

    Location: Valley View, 1671 Lower Piambong Road, Piambong NSW 2850 (25 mins NW of Mudgee). Directions emailed nearer to time.

    Meals: Just bring your own breakfast & breakfast utensils.
    Group dinners together 6.30pm on our verandah to discuss the day.
    Welcome dinner Wed 16 at 7.30pm; through to lunch Wed 23.

    Camping: Unpowered camping available (free); outdoor shower; gas stove, kettle provided. Portaloo. Small fridge space available up on house.

    Accommodation: Neighbours Paul and Denise offer really good value B & B in their new house which is literally just down the road and overlooks our paddocks. This huge 6 bedroom house is only 6 years old. Very comfortable. Contact them direct to book on 0409 885 020.

    There are also a couple of Air BnB's on Lower Piambong Road or Lesters Lane (all within 20 mins of here).

    Horse accommodation: Yards and medium-large shared paddocks available. We also have a paddock which can be subdivided if horses need to be by themselves. No charge.

    Please bring food buckets and help us to keep the yards and arena clean.

    All paddocks and yards have their own water troughs.

    Please bring: Suitable raincoat, If you have one, a lunge rope/ long lead rope approx 2-3m, and halter. Approved riding helmet & normal riding apparel, sun cream.

    Feed: We normally have good feed in our paddocks. This is seasonally dependant so we will provide an update closer to the date. Please bring your own supplement feed, eg good lucerne hay.

    Phone reception: Telstra 3G & 4G at house. Other reception on hill a short drive away.

    Payments: Pay the deposit now & the rest later. Final payment due 3 weeks prior to clinic. No refunds under any circumstances for deposits. Refunds on full payments only if we fill your spot.

  • Tetanus Immunisation It is particularly important that people dealing with horse are immunised against Tentanus. Tentanus is normally given at five years of age as Triple antigen or CDT and at fifteen years of age as ADT.

  • Your participation in the recreational activities supplied by Equine Ability (SUPPLIER) may involve risk. The risks involved may result in personal injury including death. Prior to undertaking any such recreational activity, you should ensure you are aware of all of the risks involved, including those risks associated with any health condition you may have.

    By signing below, you acknowledge, agree, and understand that participation in the recreational services provided by SUPPLIER may involve risk. You agree and undertake any such risk voluntarily and at your own risk. You also acknowledge that the risk warning above consitutes a 'risk warning' in accordance with the Civil Liability Act 2002 (NSW).

    Exclusion, restriction or modification of rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Commonwealth)

    Under the Australian Consumer Law (Cth), statutory guarantees apply to the supply of certain goods and services, including recreational activities. It is possible for a supplier to ask you to agree that these statutory guarantees do not apply to you. If you sign this form, you will be agreeing that your rights to sue the supplier because services provided were not in accordance with the guarantees are excluded, restricted or modified as set out below.

    By signing below, you agree that the liability of SUPPLIER for any harm including:

    • death; • physical or mental injury (including the aggravation, acceleration or recurrence of such an injury); • the contraction, aggravation or acceleration of a disease; • the coming into existence, the aggravation, acceleration or recurrence of any other condition, circumstance, occurrence, activity, form of behaviour, course of conduct or state of affairs:

    • that is or may be harmful or disadvantageous to you or the community,
    • that may result in harm or disadvantage to you or the community,

    that may be suffered by you (or a person for whom or on whose behalf you are acquiring the services) resulting from the supply of recreational services is excluded.

    To the extent that the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) applies this exclusion does not apply to significant personal injury caused by reckless conduct of SUPPLIER
