A-Stat Accredited Statisticians shall provide to the Accreditation Committee every five years a summary of their activities in the preceding five years. These activities should demonstrate continuing contact/involvement with Statistics and the practice of Statistics. As stated in the Accreditation Rules and Regulations, the Committee will discount temporary interruptions to employment, and parental leave. If you provide the requested information in the following form, this will ensure that your application is processed in a timely manner. You will be asked to provide information on dates and types of any professional development/conferences you attended in the last five years, the name and contact details of one referee as well as a list of at least 3 (up to 5) publications, reports or other materials and your contribution to them. These documents should be chosen to best demonstrate your level of competence in the application of statistical methods.
