‘Mothercraft & Nannies’ is a Referral Agency and the Client is required to pay an Agency Fee each
time the Nanny/Babysitter works for them.
All bookings made directly between the Client and the Nanny/Babysitter or any work resulting from
contact made via the Agency is to be referred back to the Agency. Failure to do this will result in
termination of contract with yourself and the Agency.
‘Mothercraft & Nannies’ is not responsible for the payment or non-payment to the nanny/babysitter
by the client to whom the nanny/babysitter is referred.
Weekend bookings must be confirmed directly with the Client on the day, as times may change or
cancellations occur.
All Nannies/Babysitters are required to keep their first aid certificates current.
All Nannies/Babysitters are responsible for arranging their own Public Liability, Workers
Compensation and all other Insurance cover in connection with any referral made by ‘Mothercraft &
Nannies.
All Nannies/Babysitters are responsible for providing their own food – tea and coffee is usually
supplied by the Client.
All Nannies/Babysitters are responsible for organising their own taxation.
No medication to be administered to children without parental consent.
All Nannies/Babysitters are required to adhere to our Code of Ethics and Work Practices, you
represent the face of ‘Mothercraft & Nannies’ to our clients, and as such we expect you to at all
times represent us professionally.
