- I acknowledge that management reserves the right to evict without notice.
- I agree there will be no eating, drinking or smoking in designated sleeping quarters.
- If my room smells of smoke I agree to pay $200.00 for cleaning charge.
- I agree that cooking will only take place in designated cooking areas.
- I agree not to light open fires on any part of the park.
- I agree no visitors will be allowed without prior park management consent.
- I agree I will not spit on park ground or urinate other than in designated toilet facilities.
- I agree not to consume excessive alcohol or behave in a drunk and disorderly manner whilst on park premises.
- I agree to only smoke in uncovered areas and discard cigrette butts in the rubbish bins provided.
- I agree that cars will be parked only in deisgnated car parking areas.
- I agree that bond shall be refundable only on satisfactory inspection of cabin.
- I acknowledge I am personally liable for damage I cause to The Depot plant and equipment.
- I acknowledge that this is workers accommodation and lights will go out at 10:30pm.
- I agree there is no refund of rent for early departure.
- I agree that early termination of agreed rental period will attract an additional payment of 1 weeks rent.
- I agree that for a job placement arranged by The Depot I will continue residing at the depot for the whole period of my employment.
- I agree to pay $50 for lost or replacement keys to my room.
- I agree to pay a room servicing and laundry fee of $50 on departure.
