Suppliers and Professionals (Associate/Affiliate)
Associates, Affiliates are suppliers and/or professionals who are building suppliers, manufacturers and professionals working in South Australia’s building and construction industry, such as designers and architects or other membership associations with own fee paying members.
Renovation and Additions
A Renovator is a skilled worker who is employed to restore or refinish buildings including extensions and heritage refurbishments. While Building Consultants is a professional who carries out a varied number of general and specific tasks, varying in size and importance in the building industry, engaged by either party or their representative, those parties seeking a satisfactory outcomes or assistance in on the construction process
Property developers organise and plan for the acquisition, development and subsequent sale of new and existing properties. They work out the best use for the land or property. They then plan the property development, including the schedule and costs. They may need to work with architects, builders, and local councils
A Franchisee is a person who has purchased a business for a min. no. of years from a Franchisor such as V.I.P. or Jim’s to provide a service direct to the public that may require a license i.e. fencing or may not require alicense i.e. building inspector.
I undertake to advise Master Builders Association SA when I have obtained a current and valid builders licence. Failing to do so, may affect the membership category granted as part of this application.
Without a current and valid builders license, Master Builders Association SA may restrict the services available. Please refer to our Code of Ethics
Subscription fees are for 1 year.
All fees are inclusive of GST.
A Direct Debit form will be required to be filled out and first payment made upon completion of this form.
DO NOT CLOSE THE DIRECT DEBIT FORM BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR DIRECT DEBIT.
An invoice will be sent to your nominated email address on the form. Payment will be required prior to becoming an active member
To become a member of Master Builders SA your application for membership must be approved by the Council in accordance with our Constitution and section 166 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009. Pending approval, you will be provided with full access to Master Builders SA products and services. In circumstances where your application is not approved by the Council you will be refunded your full membership subscription, and all online accesses to member products will be denied.
