    1)     All repairs that are not covered by the warranty period will incur a minimum 1 hour labour charge. 2)     Warranty is void if the product has been damaged or used beyond it intended use. (Also refer to our general Terms & Conditions for further clarification to Warranty) 3)      Our out of warranty/chargeable repairs are guaranteed for 90 days from the date the Equipment is ready for collection. If the same fault should re-occur we will repair if free of charge. If the Equipment develops an additional fault unrelated to the original repair, the repair warranty contained in this paragraph will not apply. 4)      Return freight will be charged accordingly on all product not covered under the warranty. 5)  Estimating cost for repair: The estimation is the costs based on what can be diagnosed at the time of Inspection. This is not a final cost as we may find further faults in the process of undertaking the repair. We will notify you prior to proceeding to repair any further faults. We cannot guarantee that the fixture will be repaired when undertaking the work in this estimate due to the above factors. Any costs incurred whilst undertaking the primary repair will be payable if the unit cannot be repaired due to subsequently identified issues or the estimation is declined.  6)      We shall make all reasonable efforts to repair your equipment subject to the availability of any parts required and/or the terms of any relevant guarantee or warranty. We shall perform the Services using all reasonable care and skill. 7)      We shall notify you when the Equipment has been repaired and is available for collection. If you do not collect the Equipment within 90 days, we may dispose of the Equipment. Any sum obtained on disposal will be used to meet any unpaid estimate or repair charges you are liable to pay and any remaining balance will be sent to you or will remain payable by you accordingly. 8)      On completion of the repair we will contact you to advise. If we do not have any response after 10 business days we will charge freight and return at your cost. 9)      If we are unable to repair your equipment, no fault is found on your equipment or you do not accept our estimate, we will return your equipment to you unrepaired and we reserve the right to charge you an inspection fee in accordance with our standard charges. 10)    Once the service job is completed, we will invoice against your account and you will be notified 11) All COD repairs must be paid in full prior to leaving the repair Centre. 12)  All Credit Card payments will incur a 1.5%merchant fee.
