Owner agrees to pay all charges for services requested & all veterinarian costs for the pet during the time said pet is in the care of Scotland's Mist Acres. Owner gives Scotland's Mist Acres and it's representatives permission to seek medical attention if deemed necessary. Scotland's Mist Acres does not assume and shall not be held responsible for any liability with respect to the animal(s) listed in this agreement, arising out of or from boarding this animal, or any damages which may accrue from any other causes whatsoever including loss by fire, theft, running away, death, injury to persons, animals or property or death or injury to any other animal caused by the within named animal whether this animal be on the premises of Scotland's Mist Acres or not, and the owner of said animal agrees hereby to be and is solely responsible for any and all acts of behavior of said animal. The responsibility &/or liability of Scotland's Mist Acres, in no event shall be in excess of $250.00 & the undersigned agrees to limit the responsibility to $250.00 & agrees not to claim any damages against Scotland's Mist Acres of any nature whatsoever, either by way of contract, equity, negligence or otherwise, in excess of said sum. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
