    Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they form part of the Terms & Conditions if you decide to engage my services at Living Horses Graphic Design . 
  • Approval of Final Artwork

    Although all care is taken to avoid errors, Living Horses Graphic Design accepts no responsibility for spelling mistakes, incorrect information or typographical errors.
    The client is responsible for ALL PROOF reading and identifying any errors or omissions, prior to final approval.
    Website account will not be transferred or released to the client, or third parties until final approval is provided to Living Horses Graphic Design in writing. ie e-mail, and all outstadning fees are paid in full.
    Extra fees will be charged for any revisions, and/or time incurred, if changes are required after final approval has been issued due to oversights by the clients proofing.

     

    Ownership

    All ownership of the website is transferred on full payment.

    Any concepts, designs, or sketches created by Living Horses Graphic Design, during the design process, remain the property of Living Horses Graphic Design, and ownership of this does NOT transfer with the Final Design selected by the client.

     

    Website Management

    Website will be built using the Weebly or Wix platform, allowing clients to update and maintain their own website, or allow third parties to update on their behalf.

    If you are unsure on how to manage your own website, it is recommend that you seek advice from someone who is familiar with the platform, and that you make a back-up copy before attempting to make any changes.

    Living Horses Graphic Design will not be held responsible for any loss of data or website design after transfer of ownership.
