      1. A transaction & Valuation report from the Fund Manager site
      2. A transaction & Valuation report from the Xplan Site
      3. Adviser Name **AND** Adviser ID
        Affected Client Name **AND** Client ID
    3. Email the Details to xplansupport@iress.com.au

    4. Request a TASK ID from Xplan Support
