Ensure all fields are complete. Once approved, further accreditation details will be sent to the email address provided.

Final approval is not granted until ALL documents have been returned including the OHS Policy, Proof of Insurance (compulsory) and Media Agreement

PUBLICATION
It is a requirement of accrediation to this event that North West Victorian Motorcycle Club has the right to any film/footage/images that are taken throughout the duration of the event.

It is agreed that any images taken will not be published or made public if they may reflect negatively or critically towards the event, the organisers, competitors or officials.
