Remade @ Junction Arts Festival

This year we will be showcasing past and present Remade designs at the Junction Arts Festival, on Saturday 8th of September at 1pm. The 'REMADE PARADE' is an all inclusive parade that will proceed around the festival grounds in an array of costumes, colours and sounds. If you or a friend are able to participate please make sure you have ticked the box and included required contact information. Please see the last page for more information.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. REMADE 2018 is open to individuals and design teams who either reside in or have strong connections to Tasmania
2. The show aims to promote recycling and sustainability. All entries must include an element of recycled, reclaimed or up-cycled materials.
3. Entry for designers and models is free. Entry forms must be received by Wednesday 1st August 2018
4. Artists may enter up to three works.
5. All work must be the original work of the artist.
6. All entries should include a brief description about the artist and each work. This will be used by MC's at the event.
7. All works not being modelled by the designer or their designated model must be clearly labelled and delivered to The Studio at Inveresk by 4pm Thursday 23rd August – open Wed / Thursday 10am to 4pm or other times by appointment – please contact info@interweavearts.com.au prior to drop off. Delivery is the responsibility of the artist. All works must be clearly labelled with the artist’s name, phone number and work title. Please provide any specific dressing instructions with a full list of items.
8. Works being worn by the artist or their designated model must be at the Annexe Theatre at no later than 2 hours before show. Matinee Show 2pm - Twilight Show 7pm
9. Artists and models agree that images from the event may be reproduced by Interweave Arts to promote this and future events.
10. All works may be collected directly after the event or from the Studio on Wednesday 29th or Thursday 30th August 10am to 4pm. Other times by negotiation. This is the responsibility of the artist.
11. All entries are exhibited at the owner’s own risk. Interweave Arts and Annexe Theatre will not accept any liability for loss, damage or theft.
12. Interweave Arts reserves the right to publish images from REMADE 2018 on its website, social media and other media. Signing this form constitutes consent to use of images.
13. PLEASE NOTE Receipt of completed form constitutes acceptance of conditions of entry.
14. REMADE encourages the use of organic glitter only.
