All payments are due up to two weeks prior to the scheduled course date. The student's spot will be reserved once full investment is received. If the lash educator must cancel the class for any reason, the student will be entitled to a full refund of all course payments. Should the student choose to not participate after the payment and registration have been received, the refund policy is as follows: If the student cancels class more than 2 weeks prior to the class, they are entitled to a full refund of all course cost. If cancelation occurs between 1 and 2 weeks prior to the class, the student is entitled to a 25% refund of the course cost. If cancelation occurs less than 1 week prior to class, Phabjoa is not required to refund any of the course cost. Each student is responsible to have their 2 models, who will be makeup free and fully available for their full 2-hour time slot.
By signing this form the student agrees to attend the selected scheduled course. They also agree to and understand the cancelation and refund policy. Furthermore, by signing this form, you as the student and lash artist understand that the S.E.E. Lash Program is a training environment, all students are responsible for valid student insurance and Phabjoa Lash Training, Inc. & all asscoiated trainers cannot be held responsible for any incidents on any trainer or lash models including allergic reactions or any injury inflicted during the training process or from use of the tools and/or products used.
