Things to note:
Usually family photos will follow after the ceremony and take anywhere from 10-20 minutes. Setting aside this time in your runsheet is a good idea.

It is reccommended that you inform your Celebrant/Priest to announce that Family Portraits are taking place after the Ceremony/Congratulations conclude. These are some lovely moments to capture, so take your time here.

Please prepare a list of combinations and send it to me before the day. Ideally 8-10 combinations is best. Without a list, this part of the day can take up valuable time that could be better spent doing your portraiture photos or mingling with your guests. I totally understand that Family Portraits are a very special part of the day & I do not rush these by any means.

Don't be surprised if I come in closer to shoot lovely details, esspecially if you have grandparents or children.

It is recommended that you tell your Venue/Caterers to feed us at the same time as the Bridal Party. Most venues these days understand the importance of this.
