  • 01/01/2025 - 30/6/2025 Membership

  •  -
  • We value our members and a vital part of every Membership Agreement Time (MAT) is 12 hours volunteering is required throughout the year for running events and working bees, excluding rallies. Without MAT contributions our Club wil not be able to run any events.  There are jobs available for everyone, regardless of your level of horse experience. Please note the MAT hours are not optional, they are a vital part of the membership agreement with BPC and your family.

We also expect families to help run our monthly rally days.  Duties may include setting/packing up equipment, canteen, BBQ, cleaning/tidying club rooms.

Families should be aware that the membership fees do not fully cover the Club's costs of operation or ongoing maintenance and improvements. The club relies heavily on members and fundraising through a variety of sources such as canteen, events, fundraising activities, raffles etc.

Failure to provide help during the year may prevent your family from rejoining.

  • Working with Children Check

  • In addition, PCV guidelines state that Parents, Guardians and Supporters who are routinely at Pony Club are required to hold a current Working With Children Check (WWC). For new members 18 years and over their membership is conditional upon them providing evidence of a WWC.  Obtaining a WWC check is free for volunteers – full details are found at the Victorian Govt - working with children site takes approximately 21 days to receive. A copy of receipt can be obtained until WWC arrives.

Please complete  and attach your WWCC below.
