Insurance
Our property insurance does not cover the items that are stored by our tenants in our facility. Our facilities are accessible 24 / 7 and it would be impossible for us to keep track of all items that come and go from our tenants' storage units.

You are responsible for access and entry to your Storage Unit and therefore you are responsible for your own insurance requirements. Please indicate which of the options listed below best suits your requirements.
Option 1. I have adequately insured the value of the Goods with my own insurance company or broker who is-
Option 2. I would like to take insurance facilitated by the FO at a rate of approximately $1.00 (ex GST) per month per $1,000 of insurance cover.
