  • Welcome to the Fondes Amandes Community Reforestation Project

  • Located within the Fondes Amandes Hills, St. Ann’s, Trinidad & Tobago, this event venue was specially designed for Meetings, Workshops, Family Celebrations and Corporate Events (Team-building days etc.).

    We are pleased to provide a venue equipped with M&F restrooms, CCTV, multiple power outlets and parking area (50 cars). Venue also provides a representative to unlock and lock the space for event(s).  Our Fondes Amandes Cafe may also be made available to serve your guests, upon request.

  • A few notes on renting The FACRP:

    • Venue is available for a max of 6 hours for all events, including set up and break down times (otherwise additional hourly rates of TT$300  per extra hour apply);
    • FACRP is committed to the Environment.  Recycling bins are provided for Glass, Plastic, Tetrapak cartons and organic waste. Event managers are encouraged to refrain from the use of plastic straws and styrofoam containers on site. We prefer REUSABLE ware;
    • No smoking inside of the building and on stairways. Please note that illicit substances are strictly prohibited on the premises and in the parking area of FACRP;
    • In case of cancellation (5 days before event), a non-refundable security deposit of TT$500 will apply.
    • EVENTS OVER 100 guests will be required to pay a Security Deposit for DAMAGES (payable in advance via cheque/cash) of TT$500.  Refund of damage deposit is subject to condition of premises following event.

  • Event management

  • Your Organization/Event Manager is responsible for staffing box office/welcome area, security, restroom supervision staff and accepts all liability for physical injury, damage to event space* (walls, paint, windows, wooden surfaces & furniture) incurred during event.  Your Event Manager hereby agrees to the following:

    • To keep the Venue clean and passageways clear for emergency situations, at all times;
    • To designate a liaison person responsible Audio & Tech support during event (s)
    • To dispose of all food, trash, and garbage at the end of the event (same day), or end of the night if multiple nights are booked;
    • To respect the maximum occupancy limit of 120 persons
    • No cooking on site
    • All Covid19 protocols observed

  • FULL  payment or 50% downpayment is required to secure your booking. Please send receipt/screenshot by email to Events Manager, facrp2@gmail.com.
