Payment of Fees
Fees must be paid with this entry (see below).
Changes to Information on Entry Form
No alterations can be made to the information provided on the entry form after the closing date of Thursday 30 August 2018.
Identification of Paintings
All paintings must be clearly identified on the back of the painting with the following details:
(a) Section (b) Artist's name (c) Name of painting (d) Price
Size of Paintings
Minature - 125mm x 125mm (excluding frame)
Other paintings - 1 square metre (INCLUDING THE FRAME)
Number of Paintings
Each artist may only enter two (2) paintings in each section
Sale of Paintings
All paintings must be for sale.
Except that all prize winning paintings are acquired by the sponsor of the prize.
25% of the sale price will be retained by the Town of Murals Art Show Committee.
Payment for Painting Sales and Prize Monies
Payment of painting sales and prize monies will be credited to the bank account nominated on this entry form (see above).
Payments will be processed by the Town of Murals Art Show committee as soon as possible after the Art Show.
Transport, Insurance Costs and Care:
The artist is responsible for all transport and insurance costs.
All possible care will be taken of the artworks. However, the Town of Murals Art Show Committee will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage.
The judge's decision is final.
Acceptance of Paintings
Only original works, completed in the last three (3) years will be accepted.
Photographic or computer processed work will not be accepted.
Paintings must be received before 6pm on Thursday 6 September 2018.
Late paintings will not be accepted.
All paintings must be received "ready to hang" with strong hooks and wire or cords attached. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
The Town of Murals Art Show Committee has the right to refuse acceptance of any work that it believes does not comply with the above terms and conditions.
