Signing up for Office 365 gives you access to the online version of Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc). You will also get the option to install the stand-alone software suite on up to five devices that you own.
Complete this form, agree to the terms, and submit your sign-up request. Pathways will verify your name and email address, and create a Microsoft account for you. Within a few days you will receive an email confirming your account has been setup. It will contain a temporary password so you can login to Office 365 via your favourite web browser.
Once logged in you can start using Office 365 immediately. This works well if you are using someone else's computer or are on the move often, since all you need is a good Internet connection. If you own the device you are using, a better option is to install the full version of the software so it will be available offline.
